    FILE NOT FOUND – INSTALLATION STEP 2

    Hi themeqx, I just bought your product.

    On the first page it indicates installation wizard.

    I have all the checks in green, it means that if I meet the requirements.

    Then I give the button: continue installation.

    And that’s where I have the problem.

    I get the warning: File not found.

    Help me

    I already tried it on another server with CPANEL and that error also appears.

    I am using AMAZON AWS, and the photos are from there, I do not have CPANEL.

    However, I also have another server that does have CPANEL, but I don’t want to use that one. I just told him that I also have the same error.

    I want to do it in Amazon AWS, but I cannot give you my credentials, in Amazon AWS it is more secure, and it is all for a key file, and it only supports logging in to the administrator through my IP, and you are from another side.

    I repeat: as I put in the first photo, it indicates that I have everything correct, but when I click to start with the configuration, I get the error.

    You are facing an unknown issue during Automatic Installation via Installation Wizard, please try to install it manually, https://www.themeqx.com/docs/teachify-lms/getting-started/installation/

    At the bottom part of this doc, you will get manually installation instruction.

    I currently have ACADEMY LMS, and I had minor issues, and I’m currently working on it, but I plan to migrate to yours TEACHIFY, because it’s better, but I can’t use it, and that’s frustrating.

    Hi

    Your second steps installation file not found is weird, trust me I tested several servers including EC2, Linode, checked it’s codebase but didn’t found anything. Everything is functional.

    It will be great if you try it to another VPS or try it to a cPanel powered server, you can just make a try.
