The installation instruction is same as Codeigniter install. SAMS is installed in four easy steps:

• Unzip the source package.
• Upload the sams folders and files to your server. Normally the index.php file will be at your root.
• For database settings, open the application/config/database.php file with a text editor and set your database settings.
• Import demo database, demo database located at databaseBak directory
