.env file is now secured, you can’t browse it or see it anymore, but it still exists in your server/file manager.

BTW: I really need a server to deploy, test, diagnosis for the issue. Please provide us a test / temporary server powered by cPanel or VPS if you don’t want to access your Main server, then we can find the issue on your server.
