How to receive email that customer send through “Reply by Email” features in every Ad-Detail.

I gave it a try, I log-in with my email, post an ad, and send an email to my post(through Reply by Email) but I didn’t receive it.

Please help me, thank you!

Did you checked if your website using SMTP credential? Please set an SMTP credential to your root>.env file

I’ve already set SMTP credential, but I’ve still received email.

Please get an SMTP credential from mailtrap https://mailtrap.io/ and check at mailtrap sandbox if mail comes. So you will understood if your SMTP works or not
