    Job application form submit – Operation not permitted

    Hi. When submitting application as a job seeker, modal displays error chmod(): Operation not permitted.
    In /public/uploads/resume I can see resume being uploaded, but no record of an applicant as an Admin.
    Running on ubuntu, php7.4, mysql, localhost. Applied chmod 777 on /public/uploads folder.
