    Installation issues

    Hi there,
    We bought you script but it is impossible to install. Always getting 403 error. We contact our hosting support team and they say that the index file is missing from the folder we downloaded from envato after purchase.
    Could you give a quick help or recommendations?

    Can you please let us know which issue you are getting during installations, it will be great if you enable debug mode and send us some screenshots/videos about the issue?
