According to Qatar Airways refund policy, passengers who cancel a scheduled flight within 24 hours of making their reservation are entitled to a full refund. Tickets that are cancelled prior to departure are free of charge and subject to no returns. Only if you make your reservation directly with an airline or through their website may you cancel your ticket within 24 hours.
