Can we just stop being silly about this please? I paid $299 for a script that is not working with basic features.

Let’s come to an agreed fee and I will pay 50% and you pay the other 50%? I need an answer today or I will have to contact the bank and get the money back via a reverse transaction.

I will not accept anything but a full refund. I have explained plenty of times now that the main use of the item is not functioning. There is no customer login, only campaign or admin. This is USELESS. There is no email confirmations at all THIS IS USELESS.

This is not a script worth the money without these features and I refuse to pay for basic features that should have been with the product in the first place. I am asking one last time that you put these features in.

If this cannot be done then a full refund within 24 hours is required otherwise things will be taken further. You have sold something that is not legally of use and therefore you must either fix this or give me the money back.

I have now reported this to Code Canyon and requested a refund. I would have loved to use this script but basic features such as email notifications should have been included as standard not an extra cost.

The script is not fully functional. Telling me to hire a developer to pay for basic functions that should have been included is disgusting.

Issue with the countries not in alphabetical order is a bug and needs to be fixed not paid for customising.

Also, when I go to the website as a guest to purchase a reward how do I download the digital reward?

This script does not function correctly for what it was intended and needs to be fixed.

customer registration – no email
customer set up campaign – no email
pending campaign – no email
approved campaign – no email
donation made – no email
reward purchased – no email
campaign goal reached – no email

This all needs notifications.
