I found your server running on PHP 7.0.32, however, it’s required Min PHP version 7.1.3, Please update your PHP version and make sure your server meets following criteria, you can ask your server if they support it.

OpenSSL PHP Extension
PDO PHP Extension
Mbstring PHP Extension
Tokenizer PHP Extension
