Ok….i understand that you’re trying to help and be nice. But you need to understand…i don’t want this issue resolved. I don’t want to use this product. I didn’t buy this to spend all day with tech support. I don’t want you to help me install it. It was supposed to work when i downloaded it. I want a refund because i’m not going to use this product at all. Can you please release my money back to me so we can conclude this?
