1. In initial check, I’ve fixed forgot password E-Mail, there is something wrong with your SMTP credential, I’ve disabled SMTP credential and enabled your server default mail system, so it’s working now.

2. A user erase is not possible due to it may have data to your payments or campaign or any other place that may cause making an error, so we provide the option to block him.
