Above all issues, you are facing because of SMTP credential. Please set a valid SMTP credential to working properly and deal with that.

The checkout page show content and summery when you click the reward or trying to make a donation, it will be show blank content when you come for the first time, because of this page working based on session, if there is no checkout session, then it will tell you that there is nothing to checkout.
