You maybe looking assets from public directory, as per update, it’s wrong place. Could you please check it to root/assets/plugins/owl.carousel/owl.carousel.min.js
Please look the assets into root directory instead of public directory.
But if you still look public directory, then copy assets directory form root to your public directory and delete your public directory assets.
